By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the website

• The content is for general information; see our Medical Disclaimer.
• You agree to provide accurate contact details when booking.
• You will not use the site to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material.

Consultation fees

Consultation fees displayed in the booking flow are inclusive of applicable taxes and are payable at the clinic, hospital, or via the link shared by our team prior to a video consultation.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellation by patient ≥ 4 hours before slot: 100% refund within 5–7 working days.
• Cancellation < 4 hours before slot or no-show: consultation fee is non-refundable, but a one-time reschedule within 30 days is offered.
• Cancellation by the clinic (doctor unavailable, hospital emergency): 100% refund or reschedule at your choice.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control.

Telemedicine consultations

Video consultations are conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 issued by the Medical Council of India / National Medical Commission. Prescriptions, where issued, follow those guidelines.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is the property of Dr. Nitin Jain / Gastro Surgery Clinic and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce material without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
